Even a newly constructed home can have problems.

We highly recommend getting a home inspection on new construction before you move in and/or with in the first 11 month of possession. Just because the house is new does not mean it is perfect.

These are a one-time inspection of a home when it is delivered to the homebuyer. The inspection will cover all the home's major systems-from roof to foundation -including HVAC, interior plumbing, electrical systems, attic and insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, foundation, basement, and all components of the visual structure.

• A "Move-In" inspection can point out issues that can be repaired before you move in.

Warranty Home inspections are performed with-in one year after possession and will examine many of the same things that an end-of-construction inspection addresses. At a warranty inspection, our home inspectors look not only at the quality of materials and installation, but at performance issues, examining how each component is functioning according to manufacturer specifications.

• An inspection before the 1 year warranty has expired also provides you with issues/concerns that the contractor may need to address.
