• Branch circuit wiring including the presence of solid conductor aluminum branch

• Identify the system (if accessible inside unit).
• Condition of unit (if accessible inside unit).
• Ducts (if accessible inside unit).
• Excludes humidifiers

• Walls, ceilings & floors.
• Steps, stairways and railings.

• Doors and a representative sample of windows.
